You can return any product you order from Mirimalist.com within 14 days from the day of delivery, if it suits all the conditions stated below in our returns policy.

 

For SALE and Made-to-Order items we offer only exchanges and do not accept returns.

Please note that all shipping cost sent by Mirimalist is covered by the brand. However, the shipping cost of return or exchange sent by customer is covered by the customer. So the return or exchange shipping cost will be deducted from your total balance

 

For worldwide international returns, all shipping costs and customs if applicable will be at the customer’s expense

Return Policy;

 

  • The product you want to return should be shipped unworn and unwashed. The product should be packed without any damage in their original packaging and then be returned to the address that Mirimalist has provided you.
  • We cannot accept returns that don’t have their original packaging, or where the packaging is damaged.
  • If we receive products in a damaged state we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • If the product to be returned had any accessories when initially delivered, all these accessories have to be packed without any damages in their original packaging and need to be returned as well.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 
  • NO return or exchange is accepted on customized orders​

 

If the return of the product is completed and processed we will notify you by email.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days (or however long it takes your bank to process).
